PHASE 4A - COMING FALL 2026
The newest release in Evergreen, Phase 4a is situated in the northeast quadrant of the community. This phase features estate lots backing onto a beautifully landscaped pond, spacious pie-shaped lots on a quiet cul-de-sac, and select walkout lots bordering a scenic natural ravine. Duplex and townhome lots will also be available for those seeking low-maintenance living.
PHASE 3 - ESTATE LOTS
Phase 3 features 46' – 60' estate lots with construction well underway. Only a limited number of lots remain.
