With 14 showhomes open for touring, between Dec. 1st – 12th, 2023, grab some hot cocoa and spend an afternoon touring the beautiful showhomes in Evergreen: Red Deer’s Most Naturally Stunning Community. Visitors can enter 1 entry per person, per showhome, for a total of 14 entries, so be sure to visit all showhomes to increase your chances of winning!

Contest Details
Visitors only need to visit one of any of the participating showhomes to submit an entry. The contest runs between Dec. 1st-12th, 2023 only. Visit each of our 14 showhomes to enter. Entries will be limited to 1 per person per showhome visit, with a maximum of 14 entries per person (14 showhomes), for 1 available prize. Results will be randomly drawn; winner will be contacted shortly after December 12th for pickup of prize. This contest is held by Melcor Developments and is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
