With 9 showhomes open for touring, between Nov. 1st – 30th, 2024, grab some hot cocoa and spend an afternoon touring the beautiful showhomes in the communities of Evergreen (Red Deer) and The Vista (Sylvan Lake). Visitors can enter 1 entry per person, per showhome, for a total of 9 entries, so be sure to visit all showhomes to increase your chances of winning!

Contest Details
Visitors only need to visit one of any of the participating showhomes to submit an entry. The contest runs between Nov. 1st-30th, 2024 only. Visit any of our 9 showhomes in either Evergreen (7) or The Vista (2) to enter. Entries will be limited to 1 per person per showhome visit, with a maximum of 9 entries per person (9 showhomes), for 1 available prize. Results will be randomly drawn; winner will be contacted shortly after December 3rd for pickup of prize. This contest is held by Melcor Developments and is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
